2. Data we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data through the form.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to reply to your message and provide the information you requested. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the checkbox before sending. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Recipients

Your message is forwarded to our email through the form service Web3Forms, which processes the data on our behalf solely to deliver the message. We do not share your data with any other third party, unless required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your message for as long as needed to reply to it and for no more than 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, if an order follows).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, contact us at testa@otenet.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

7. Cookies and external services

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The map at the bottom of the page is loaded from Google (Google Maps) only after you click “Show map”; Google may then receive your IP address and use cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook lead to external websites with their own privacy policies.
